About You
This role will work deeply with our clients and own three key metrics: number of new telehealth visits for that client, recurring annual revenue based on eligibility or platform utilization, and upsell revenue creation. You will be responsible not just for owning the client relationship, but for delivering marketing campaigns that drive enrollment and engagement that will ultimately lead to client satisfaction. You will use previous marketing knowledge and experience to work closely with the Foodsmart marketing team to take existing materials and adapt them to your client needs, and to co-create marketing campaigns based on your clients' situations. You will also research public filings and understand complex regulatory needs for health plan client populations, such as HEDIS measures and 1115 waivers, to adapt your strategy and co-develop new joint strategies with your client. This role will require that you understand data well and are data driven to make changes in account strategy, and to report to our clients data that is important to both their organizational success and Foodsmart relationship success.

Required Skills

  • Consultant background with client facing/relationship development in the healthcare industry
  • Experience in sales or upselling client relationships
  • Experience in analyzing clinical and marketing data, such as running A/B tests
  • A demonstrated history of exceeding performance based metrics with clients
  • Background working with senior clients and gaining approvals on new strategies/tactics informed by regulatory filings and networking within the account
  • Understanding of complex contracting and provider agreements within health plans

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of how health insurance companies serve members across LOBs (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
  • Working directly with marketing agencies/internal teams
  • Understanding of telehealth, digital health, wellness or nutrition space
  • Knowledge of key clinical metrics across Medicare & Medicaid
