About the role:
As a member of our Clinical Development team, you will be an essential part of our mission to transform healthcare through the power of nutrition. In this role, you will directly engage with our members, helping them schedule appointments, addressing their inquiries, and creating exceptional experiences that empower them to manage their health proactively. Your role presents a unique opportunity to impact lives positively and inspire individuals to embrace food as medicine, contributing to a paradigm shift in health and wellness.

You will

  • Answer inbound calls from members and provide prompt and accurate responses to their questions.
  • Efficiently reschedule and schedule appointments for members during phone interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to "upsell" by offering packages of visits to members while on calls.
  • Collaborate with Registered Dietitians at the end of appointments, assisting members in scheduling their next visits.
  • Support Registered Dietitians in scheduling and rescheduling members when necessary.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns related to telenutrition, escalating issues to team leaders when required.

You are

  • Proactive and passionate about advocating for our members, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic startup environment where change is constant.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, accurately recording member interactions to enhance their overall experience.
  • Experienced in remote support roles for a minimum of 6 months.
  • An excellent communicator, capable of connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Highly skilled in time management, juggling multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Athena systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

You have:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a related field in a high volume inbound support environment (50-100 calls/day)
  • Experience with support software(s)
  • Willingness to embrace change and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially when addressing member inquiries.
  • A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with colleagues to achieve team goals.
