About this Role
As the Office Experience Coordinator at Super, you'll be part of a growing and high-performing team. Reporting to the Executive & Office Support Manager, you will be accountable for the operations in our Toronto office. You will be focused on cultivating a positive in-person experience for our staff and guests - always looking for ways to improve our processes and foster an environment that caters to the needs of our team.
Hours of Work will reflect 10am-2pm - Monday to Friday, unless otherwise stated for occasional evening obligations (i.e. events).

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate a positive in-office experience for those working from our Toronto office space - including handling daily operations, keeping a clean and organized workplace, and assisting with in-person events
  • Be the main point of contact in office - assisting with event logistics, handling mail and couriers, maintaining facilities, ordering supplies and equipment, owning procedures
  • Assist with program documentation and tasks related to office management, onboarding, health and safety, etc.
  • Research and propose new initiatives
  • Assist with larger scale company events and offsite
  • Coordinate with vendors and technicians

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a professional office setting
  • Working experience with Google Suite products

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of how to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong people skills - comfortable working with stakeholders and executives
  • Excellent written communication
  • Extremely flexible
  • Self-starter with a “get it done” attitude
  • Resourceful and quick to find solutions to problems
