About this team
The Corporate Development team oversees M&A, partnerships, and strategic finance. Our primary goal is to identify business opportunities that can be developed into new products and generate revenue. The team is also responsible for communicating financial and data insights to internal and external stakeholders.
About this role
The Corporate Development Analyst will conduct analyses to support key business areas, including business development, fundraising, and M&A. The analyst will also assist in sourcing, identifying, and performing due diligence on potential M&A targets and partners, as well as help coordinate with partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities that can be developed into new products.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that align with the company’s goals.
  • Conduct data analysis to track performance and help guide our business focus and execution.
  • Oversee and manage M&A activities, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions.
  • Communicate company financials and key performance indicators (KPIs) to both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with a major in Business or a related field.
  • Prior experience at a startup is preferred.
  • Comfortable managing multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneaouly.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Amplitude and Looker.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and startups.
