About Super.com
We started Super.com to help maximize lives – both the lives of our customers and the lives of our team – so that everyone can experience all that life has to offer. For our employees, our promise is that Super.com is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to unlock one’s potential, where learning is celebrated and impact is realized.
We are more than a fast-paced, high-growth tech company; we care about our people and take career progression seriously. This is your career and our aim is to supercharge it through the people, the work, and the programs that fuel who we are.
About the role:
We’re hiring a Senior Product Content Designer to be the primary, end-to-end content partner across our Fintech, Earnings, and Incubation Hub Mission Aligned Teams (MATs). You’ll be the sole content designer embedded across these areas, owning high‑impact product copy and content strategy from first impression through long‑term engagement.
You’ll shape how customers understand, trust, and use our financial tools, earnings products, and 0–1 incubation bets, crafting experiences that are clear, compliant, and conversion‑oriented. You’ll work on engagement moments, onboarding, landing pages, conversion flows, error states, settings, notifications, and lifecycle touchpoints, ensuring every word does a specific job in the funnel.
We’re looking for someone who is a subject matter expert in content strategy, comfortable operating as the single owner across multiple teams, and experienced in both 0–1 product work and optimization at scale. You dig into data, partner closely with Design, Product, Legal/Compliance, and Data, and use experimentation to drive measurable impact. You thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and bring a strong bias for action and ownership.
About the team:
- The Product Design team shapes end-to-end product experiences across our core surfaces, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and Growth.
- We’re building a cohesive experience that delivers deep value to users and brings our broad range of products together into a single, intuitive ecosystem.
- We are data-informed, move quickly, and iterate often—shipping thoughtful, accessible content that helps millions of users succeed. We collaborate openly, test rigorously, and strive for clarity in every word.
What you'll be working on:
- Own the content strategy for Fintech, Earnings, and our Incubation Hub for new PMMCs across ads, landing pages, in‑app flows, and lifecycle touchpoints—from first impression to first value to long‑term engagement, raising the level of quality with each experience you touch.
- Act as the sole content partner across multiple MATs, prioritizing work in partnership with Product Design and Product to focus on the highest‑impact problems each quarter.
- Design and write clear, inclusive, and trustworthy product copy for complex financial and earnings experiences, simplifying legal and compliance requirements without losing accuracy.
- Create content strategies for large, multi‑team products, balancing user needs, business goals, and regulatory constraints while keeping the end‑to‑end journey cohesive.
- Define and maintain voice/tone, content standards, terminology, and reusable patterns that scale across platforms and surfaces.
- Improve conversion, education, comprehension, and task success through data-informed copy; leading experiments and partnering on A/B tests where appropriate.
- Collaborate deeply with Product, Design, UXR, Growth, Data, and CRM to ensure compliant experiences, that showcase message‑market fit, funnel coherence, and measurable outcomes across surfaces.
- Use research and insights (usability, surveys, support signals) to identify friction, propose copy hypotheses, and iterate quickly.
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusive language, and localization readiness; ensure content meets readability and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system’s content guidelines, documenting patterns, frameworks, and best practices that help other designers and writers move faster and more consistently.
- Coach and influence cross‑functional partners (Product, Design, Growth, Operations) on content design best practices, helping the organization understand when and how to pull in content strategy to drive impact.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in UX writing, content design, or product copywriting
- Experience writing for financial products (credit-building, cash advances, banking, or rewards)
- A portfolio of shipped product work demonstrating measurable impact (e.g., increased activation, reduced errors, improved comprehension).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with PMs, Product Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Legal/Compliance, and Data; you’re comfortable working in a modern product trio model (PM/Design/Eng) and beyond.
- Experience using experimentation and product analytics (e.g., A/B testing, funnel analysis, retention metrics) to inform copy decisions and evaluate impact.
- Proven ability to set voice/tone, craft standards, and scale patterns across multiple product surfaces.
- Ability to work quickly and independently in an agile, high‑growth environment, managing priorities across multiple tracks while maintaining a high bar for craft.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a strong bias for action.
