As we grow our portfolio of managed and rental properties, we’re looking for a strategic leader to take revenue performance to the next level. The Director of Revenue Management will drive pricing, distribution, and forecasting strategies across a diverse portfolio, helping us maximize rental performance while delivering memorable guest stays.

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to optimize rental yield and occupancy.

  • Forecast rental revenue at designated properties, incorporating market demand and booking trends.

  • Optimize performance across all market segments including OTAs, GDS, and Vacatia.com through content management, rate parity, and promotional strategy.

  • Lead recurring revenue strategy meetings to align stakeholders around key opportunities and performance updates.

  • Oversee inventory controls, system configurations, and rate loading in alignment with strategic goals.

  • Monitor market conditions, competitive sets, and channel performance to inform real-time decisions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure execution of revenue plans across commercial verticals and operations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred

  • 7+ years of revenue management experience in hospitality, multi-property experience required

  • Proven ability to manage medium sized to 500+ units and high-volume hotel operations

  • Proficiency with RMS, PMS, and channel managers (e.g., SynXis, Duetto, TravelClick, SiteMinder)

  • Expertise in Excel, BI tools, and forecasting models to interpret trends and drive strategy

  • Strong communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams
