General Manager – Lifetime Vacations at Grand Lakes

Vacatia is seeking a dynamic General Manager (GM) to lead our Lifetime of Vacations Resort at Grand Lakes a timeshare resort. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality leader to shape the guest and owner experience, build high-performing teams, and drive both operational and financial success at one of our flagship properties.

As the GM, you’ll be the senior leader on property—overseeing all operations, partnering with Vacatia’s corporate team and HOA Board, and ensuring the resort consistently delivers on our promise of exceptional vacations.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire Teams: Oversee all property departments—front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, and sales—while cultivating a culture of accountability, growth, and service excellence.

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, keeping the property clean, maintained, and guest-ready while continuously improving processes and efficiency.

  • Elevate Guest & Owner Experiences: Develop strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, resolve issues with care, and consistently improve RCI performance scores.

  • Own Financial Performance: Manage budgets, control costs, and partner on capital projects to meet financial goals and support long-term growth.

  • Support Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive timeshare sales, promote the resort, and execute owner engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure Compliance & Safety: Maintain regulatory compliance, uphold safety standards, and proactively manage risk.

  • Build Strong Owner & Board Relationships: Serve as the primary liaison with timeshare owners and the HOA Board, fostering transparency, trust, and collaboration.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, property management, or timeshare operations.

  • Proven success in leading diverse teams and building strong guest, owner, and staff relationships.

  • Strong financial and business acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of hospitality service standards, timeshare industry practices, and compliance requirements.

  • Calm, professional leadership style with the ability to manage challenges effectively.
