We are seeking a strategic and operational finance leader to serve as Chief Financial Officer for Vacatia, Berkley Group, and Daily Management, a multi-brand hospitality enterprise with a growing national footprint. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will oversee all financial functions including enterprise-wide strategy, planning, forecasting, capital management, M&A, and governance, ensuring fiscal discipline and sustainable growth across a diverse portfolio of hospitality and vacation ownership assets.

Key Mandates:

• Drive long-term enterprise financial strategy and capital allocation in partnership with the CEO and Board.

• Lead FP&A, accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, and compliance across multiple brands and jurisdictions.

• Oversee M&A due diligence, valuations, negotiations, and integration efforts.

• Optimize operational efficiency, profitability, and working capital across the portfolio.

• Build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting leadership team.
  

Ideal Profile:

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, including 7+ years in a CFO or senior executive role.

• Proven track record managing multi-entity, multi-state operations; hospitality or real estate experience preferred.

• Expertise in GAAP, corporate finance, capital markets, treasury, and risk management.

• Strong M&A experience, from deal structuring to post-acquisition integration.

• MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
