Your Impact
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Customize standard and custom objects, flows, triggers, page layouts, and validation rules to meet evolving business requirements
Develop and maintain custom applications and components supporting Sales, Service, and Marketing functions
Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware tools (e.g., Tray.ai, Zapier)
Automate business processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort
Partner with internal stakeholders to assess needs, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that improve team productivity and customer experiences
Monitor system performance, resolve bugs, and provide user support across the organization
Maintain technical documentation for configurations, specifications, and development work
Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development, administration, or platform engineering experience
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL
Hands-on experience with one or more Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience)
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, middleware integrations, and data migration tools
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or additional certifications (Admin, Service, Marketing) a plus
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset
Bonus: Experience in hospitality, membership services, or multi-location field operations environments
