Your Impact
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintain accurate general ledger records.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Assist in preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits and reviews.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
Collaborate with accounting and cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.
Support tax compliance efforts through data preparation and review.
Assist with special projects and reporting as assigned.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–3 years of progressive accounting experience.
Solid knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software systems.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in hospitality, real estate, or vacation ownership is a plus.
