We are seeking a Pre-Arrival & Events Marketing Representative to join our team in Las Vegas. This is a hybrid role, combining work-from-home flexibility with occasional travel to events. The position is hourly at $15 per hour vs commission.

As a Pre-Arrival Marketing Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our owners, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay while delivering personalized concierge-style service, sharing resort highlights, and building excitement. This is an over-the-phone, service-driven role where your communication skills, enthusiasm, and attention to detail will directly impact owner satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Impact

  • Proactively contact owners ahead of their stay to confirm reservation details and provide essential stay information.

  • Deliver concierge-level recommendations for resort amenities, dining, activities, and local attractions.

  • Address special requests and anticipate needs to ensure a seamless arrival experience.

  • Over the phone, schedule owners and guests to attend a sales presentation highlighting the resort offerings and available opportunities.

  • Communicate the benefits and value of attending the presentation with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Consistently meet or exceed company standards for invitation conversions.

  • Create a welcoming and valued first impression for owners, building rapport and setting expectations for an exceptional stay.

  • Collaborate with the reservations and concierge teams to ensure owner requests are fulfilled prior to arrival.

  • Prepare personalized welcome packages and gift bags for arriving owners.

  • Ensure all materials are correctly labeled, thoughtfully assembled, and ready for seamless distribution.

  • Keep owners informed of the latest resort offerings, upgrades, events, and local happenings.

  • Communicate any updates or changes clearly to ensure owners are fully prepared for their visit.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and guest services to deliver a cohesive and outstanding owner experience.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service, sales, concierge, or field marketing, preferably in hospitality, vacation ownership, or resorts.

  • Phone-based customer interaction, sales, and closing experience strongly preferred.

  • Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confident sales acumen with a focus on consultative service.

  • Quick learner with strong knowledge (or ability to quickly acquire knowledge) of resort amenities and local attractions.

  • Outgoing, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

  • Positive, proactive problem-solver who remains composed and professional when addressing challenges.

  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable.

  • Maintain a proactive, professional, and service-driven attitude at all times.
