We’re looking for a Help Desk Analyst (Remote & Onsite) who is proactive, customer-focused, and ready to provide outstanding technical support to our employees. This is a hands-on opportunity to build your IT career in a fast-paced, collaborative, and technology-driven environment.


What You’ll Do

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and in person.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues including TCP/IP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.

  • Escalate complex incidents to senior IT staff as needed, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

System Administration

  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.

  • Support desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device setup and maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions within the ticketing system.

Inventory & Operations

  • Track and maintain IT equipment, software licenses, and hardware inventory.

  • Support IT team initiatives including upgrades, rollouts, and process improvements.


What You Bring

Required:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 cloud services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).

  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and VPN connectivity.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.

  • Experience using remote support tools and ticketing systems.

  • Basic understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy management.
