Your Impact
Lead Vacatia’s virtual sales division across timeshare and rental channels.
Develop and execute multi-brand strategies that optimize virtual tours, telesales, and online booking conversion.
Oversee all aspects of digital lead management, sales funnel optimization, and CRM analytics to increase conversion and retention.
Partner with Marketing to align campaigns with targeted sales programs that drive qualified virtual traffic.
Build a strong leadership team and performance culture that elevates service, compliance, and conversion across virtual channels.
Introduce new technologies and presentation methods that enhance engagement and remote customer experience.
What You Bring
10+ years of leadership experience in timeshare, hospitality, or direct-to-consumer sales, with proven success driving remote or multi-site revenue operations.
Deep knowledge of virtual or telesales structures for vacation ownership, rentals, or travel-related products.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data and market trends into actionable sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM systems, lead management, and virtual sales presentation tools (Salesforce, Zoom, digital tour platforms, etc.).
Strong leadership presence with a focus on accountability, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
