About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and driven Event Supervisor to lead our on-site event operations and ensure the successful execution of marketing events throughout Las Vegas, Nevada and Arizona. This role is responsible for lead generation, event setup and logistics, and managing a high-performing team of event representatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, travel-heavy environment and is motivated by achieving results.
Location: Events throughout Nevada, Arizona, and Southern California (Las Vegas to Phoenix preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring successful setup, execution, and tear-down of booths and displays.
Manage and train event representatives to meet lead generation goals and ensure compliance with product presentation standards.
Actively participate in lead generation activities and model effective strategies for the team.
Prepare event materials, including booth supplies, digital tablets, and lead capture tools.
Research and secure new event opportunities, including completing contracts, insurance requirements, and vendor paperwork.
Re-book successful events to maximize exposure and performance.
Upload/download lead data using tablet applications and ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate closely with the Production Manager and Regional Field Project Manager to support overall event strategy and performance.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience in event marketing, promotions, or lead generation.
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate event teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working weekends and traveling frequently between Nevada, California and Arizona.
Capable of handling physical requirements such as lifting up to 70 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
Proficiency with digital lead capture tools and tablet applications.
Valid driver’s license and ability to transport event equipment.
Preferred:
Experience in team building or field event management.
Familiarity with Excel, email systems, and mobile event apps (TBG Mobile App preferred).
Work Environment
Frequent travel required; may involve weekend and evening work.
Field work may occur in varying weather conditions.
Moderate noise levels typical of event settings.
