At Vacatia, we’re redefining hospitality for families and owners through operational excellence, teamwork, and innovation. As we continue to expand and elevate our resort portfolio, we’re seeking an experienced and strategic Area Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations across three premier Las Vegas resorts, The Grandview, The Berkley Las Vegas, and The Cliffs at Peace Canyon.

This role is ideal for a hands-on facilities leader who combines strategic thinking with operational precision. You’ll play a critical role in optimizing procurement, vendor management, and asset maintenance, ensuring every property operates at the highest level of safety, quality, and cost efficiency.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead with strategy and precision — Develop and manage multi-property budgets, capital projects, and cost-saving initiatives that align with Vacatia’s financial and operational goals.

  • Drive operational excellence — Standardize facilities operations, preventive maintenance, and inventory systems across all three resorts to maximize consistency and efficiency.

  • Elevate vendor and procurement performance — Streamline purchasing through Avendra and MMS platforms, negotiate service contracts, and ensure our vendor partnerships deliver top-tier results.

  • Champion sustainability and safety — Lead initiatives that enhance energy efficiency, environmental responsibility, and compliance with regulatory and brand standards.

  • Collaborate and influence — Partner with General Managers, Regional Leadership, and Corporate Engineering to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences across every property.


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, engineering operations, or project management, including 3+ years in a multi-property or regional leadership role.

  • Strong track record in budget management, capital project execution, and vendor contracting.

  • Expertise with mechanical, electrical, and building systems (HVAC, MEP, energy management).

  • Skilled in procurement strategy, preventive maintenance systems, and operational standardization.

  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Advanced financial and analytical proficiency (Excel, forecasting, variance analysis).

  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and OSHA safety standards preferred.
