We’re now hiring a Manager, Responsible Exit to lead our customer-centric exit program, ensuring that those who choose to transition out of ownership with Vacatia experience a transparent, respectful, and seamless process.

Your Impact

  • Lead the Responsible Exit Program by developing policies, workflows, and reporting mechanisms that ensure transparency, compliance, and consistency.

  • Own the Customer Journey for owners and guests navigating the exit process, ensuring communications are clear, respectful, and empathetic.

  • Ensure Compliance & Mitigate Risk by aligning with Legal and Finance to meet state, federal, and industry regulations.

  • Partner Across Teams to support seamless transitions, train frontline staff, and coordinate financial reconciliations.

  • Drive Insights & Reporting by tracking KPIs, analyzing trends, and providing leadership with actionable recommendations.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, owner relations, compliance, or program management (hospitality or vacation ownership industry strongly preferred).

  • Proven track record designing and managing customer-facing programs.

  • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks within hospitality and vacation ownership.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, balancing empathy and accountability.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Proficiency with CRM, workflow management, and reporting tools.


How You’ll Ramp

  • First 30 Days: Learn Vacatia’s brand values, policies, and Responsible Exit history while building relationships with cross-functional partners.

  • First 60 Days: Lead program operations, assess compliance frameworks, and implement feedback loops.

First 90 Days: Deliver data-driven insights, propose program enhancements, and establish yourself as the go-to leader for Responsible Exit strategy.
