What You’ll Do:
Lead and support the front desk team in check-ins, check-outs, and guest service requests
Provide training for new hires and reinforce resort policies and procedures
Greet and direct guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
Resolve and follow up on guest complaints or issues promptly
Track and respond to online reviews and concerns on platforms like Google, TripAdvisor, Expedia, and RCI
Assist other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate logs, courtesy calls, and follow-ups for maintenance requests
Uphold quality standards, company policies, and a safe, welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of hospitality experience (timeshare or resort management experience preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in computer software, especially Excel and Word
High school diploma or GED required
Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
