We’re looking for a detail-driven operations partner who will ensure Vacatia’s resort inventory is accurate, optimized, and aligned across all platforms and departments.

Your Impact

  • Ensure accurate inventory across PMS, internal systems, and distribution channels to support sales, revenue, and operations.

  • Reconcile discrepancies across rental, owner, and exchange inventory to maintain real-time alignment.

  • Support cross-functional teams including Revenue, Owner Services, Reservations, and Resort Operations with timely inventory updates and communication.

  • Prepare reports and analyses using Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.

  • Assist with onboarding and system updates for new resorts, room types, or inventory changes across Vacatia’s platforms.


What You Bring

  • 1–3+ years of experience in hospitality operations, inventory management, reservations, revenue, or similar fields.

  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and reconciliation.

  • Experience with PMS, channel managers, booking platforms, or related hospitality systems preferred.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in managing data and systems.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
