We’re looking for a detail-driven payroll professional who will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our multi-entity, high-volume payroll operations. You’ll play a critical role in managing weekly payroll cycles, balancing automation and manual inputs across UKG Pro, Workforce Dimensions, and proprietary systems.

Your Impact

Process high-volume weekly payrolls across multiple entities and pay groups with speed and accuracy.

Reconcile payroll data, taxes, deductions, and adjustments across UKG Pro, Workforce Dimensions, and proprietary systems.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to identify and resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.

Develop and maintain audit-ready reports and documentation to support compliance, audits, and tax filings.

Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze, validate, and reconcile large datasets, ensuring data integrity and payroll accuracy.


What You Bring

3–5 years of payroll experience in a high-volume, multi-state environment.

Hands-on expertise with UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions; experience with additional proprietary systems preferred.

Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, nested formulas, data validation, reconciliation).

Deep understanding of wage and hour laws, payroll compliance, and best practices.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills — with a commitment to confidentiality and precision.
