We’re looking for a Pool Attendant to join our Front Office team. In this role, you’ll help maintain our pool areas, assist guests throughout the day, and ensure our resort’s high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality are always met. If you enjoy a guest-focused, hands-on role in a sunny, fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Keep all pool areas clean, safe, and well-maintained throughout the day

• Set up chairs, umbrellas, and poolside furniture for guests

• Skim pools, clean the pool deck, and inspect pool equipment

• Remove damaged or unsafe furniture and report any issues promptly

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service at all times

• Distribute towels following resort procedures

• Monitor and maintain inventory of poolside supplies

• Check chemical readings and report discrepancies to the Supervisor

• Complete daily logs accurately and consistently

• Work closely with management, guests, and team members

• Support resort operations with additional duties as needed

Experience & Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1 year of hospitality experience preferred

• Pool attendant or lifeguard experience a bonus

• Resort/timeshare experience highly desirable
