Your Impact

• Develop and lead the strategic marketing plan that drives qualified virtual tours, strengthens lead flow, and supports revenue targets.

• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to optimize the end-to-end presentation-to-close funnel and elevate customer experience.

• Align and support Training and Sales by ensuring messaging, scripts, and customer expectations work together seamlessly.

• Manage and refine lead funnels, attribution models, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure accuracy, predictability, and insights.

• Analyze performance, interpret data, and make informed decisions that drive efficiency, conversion, and ROI.

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals focused on owner marketing and digital acquisition.

• Build and manage annual marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance targets tied directly to business outcomes.

• Drive innovation across campaigns, tools, and marketing channels to maximize engagement and growth.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience within the timeshare industry.

• Demonstrated success developing and scaling marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue.

• Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management tools, and performance tracking platforms.

• Ability to interpret KPIs, analyze data, and make strategic, data-backed decisions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

• Experience partnering closely with a virtual sales organization or high-ticket digital sales team.

• Experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, or high-ticket digital sales environments.

• History of leading virtual or remote marketing teams.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Training, IT, and Operations.
