Let's "Disneynfy" this massive and legacy logistics industry together. You'll be working directly with me - Troy Lester. I'll give you my all. You'll learn everything I've learned over the last 10 years of building various types of logistics companies from food delivery to fulfillment companies. You'll be working with me everyday to make sure we're enhancing our customer experience everywhere across our business.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Intern. As a Customer Experience Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing support to our account management team, addressing their queries and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify trends, gather insights, and contribute to the development of strategies for enhancing customer experience.
