About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Management Intern to support our Operations and Strategy teams. This is a hands-on, fast-paced internship ideal for students interested in logistics, systems thinking, and cross-functional coordination.

You’ll help move critical projects forward, track timelines, manage documentation, and support internal initiatives that enhance efficiency across our network.

This internship is paid, on-site in Los Angeles, and best suited for students currently enrolled in a degree program who are passionate about execution, communication, and real-world logistics.

What You’ll Do
  • Support project managers in planning and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using tools like Asana, Notion, or Airtable
  • Create and maintain internal documentation, meeting notes, and status reports
  • Help identify and resolve project blockers in collaboration with stakeholders from ops, tech, and growth
  • Participate in meetings, capturing action items and ensuring follow-ups are completed
  • Assist in building and optimizing project dashboards and progress trackers
  • Gain exposure to real-world logistics operations, technology deployments, and strategic roadmapping

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools (e.g., Airtable, Figma, Excel/Google Sheets), with a knack for quickly learning new platforms
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Interest in logistics, operations, or technology-driven businesses
Bonus Skills
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with supply chain or freight industry concepts
  • Comfortable navigating multiple tools and systems for workflow optimization
Compensation

This is a paid internship. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and aligned with your academic level and availability.
